Who this covers
ISPOS is used by cable and broadband operators. The operator decides which customers, bills, and payments to store. Those subscriber records belong to the operator’s business. ISPOS processes them so the operator can bill, collect, and report.
Account information
Creating an operator account stores the company name, city, phone, and the admin name, email, and password. Staff accounts added later store the name, email, role, and branch assignment needed to sign in. Passwords are not kept in plain text.
Customer and payment records
Operators may store subscriber names, mobile numbers, addresses or localities, STB or connection details, subscriptions, bills, and payments. Collection on a phone can keep a copy of the working lists on that device after sign-in, so a round can continue without a signal. Those entries sync back when the device is online.
How the records are used
Records are used to run the operator’s account: sign-in, billing, collection, statements, and analytics. ISPOS does not sell subscriber lists. Access inside an account follows the role and branch assignment of the signed-in user.
Requests about a subscriber
A household asking about its own details should contact the operator who bills them. That operator can update or archive the customer in ISPOS. Questions about an operator account itself should come from the admin who created it, through the sign-in they already use.
