The service
ISPOS provides software for an operator to manage customers, subscriptions, bills, collections, and statements. Creating an account means you are opening that workspace for your own network.
Your records
You are responsible for the customer and payment information you enter, including whether you have the right to store it and how your staff use it. Roles and branch limits are tools you configure. They do not replace your own supervision of employees.
Acceptable use
Use the account for your own cable or broadband operations. Do not attempt to access another operator’s data, interfere with the service, or use collection and billing tools to store information you are not allowed to hold.
Availability
The service is provided as operating software for your account. Field collection can continue on a signed-in device when the network drops, and those entries sync later. Keep your own copies of statements you need for statutory records.
Accounts
Keep admin credentials private and remove staff who leave. You can review how personal data is handled in the privacy note.
