The same ledger, whether you cover one town or several branches.

Cable, broadband, and mixed networks share the hard part: a customer, a monthly charge, and a payment that often happens at the door.

Local cable operators

A town network usually knows every customer by lane and STB number. ISPOS keeps that list, the package they take, and the amount still due, so the person collecting this evening is not working from yesterday’s notebook.

  • STB and locality on the customer
  • Packages plus extra channels
  • A collection list for the round

Broadband providers

Internet plans sit beside cable, or on their own. Billing still closes once a month, and the same receipt flow covers a connection that is broadband only.

  • Internet plan catalog
  • Monthly bills per customer
  • Receipts and advance credit

Multi-branch networks

An MSO with more than one office needs the head office to see the network and the branch to see only its own customers. Roles and branch assignment do that without a second product.

  • Branches and areas
  • Staff limited to assigned branches
  • Statements across one branch or all of them

What stays the same in every setup

Staff sign in with a role. Customers belong to a branch. Subscriptions draw from your packages and plans. The bill for a month is updated in place if something changes. Collection writes a credit on the same ledger, and the statement can be downloaded for the customer or for the branch. Read the product detail or create the operator account.
